  • I went here with my boyfriend and some greasy, stinky, ignorant customer snuck up while we were debating games and stole our PS4 Uncharted console...the last one! The quality of people who frequent this store does not match the excellent service Best Buy provides! The customer service in the store was great! We went up to the counter and explained our unfortunate encounter with that deranged human being and the staff stepped up to the plate right away! Emma vanished like a genie, reappearing and presenting us with our three wishes: an untouched console, a game we desired, and a second controller. Emma even snapped her fingers and made 5 color options of the controllers appear before our very eyes! Emma provides superior customer service that deserves to be screamed about from mountain tops!
