I bought two chairs for my family room. One of the chair delivered to my house was broken. We returned it the next day to exchange for another one. They never called to let us know we aren't getting our chair today. Delivery truck never came, and no one called. They credited back the money to my account. They said it is going to ta couple days for the money to go back into my account.
I wonder if anyone has good customer service with Thingz. I want to visit their store this weekend. Thanks
