This hotel is a GREAT option if you have business at the Clinic. I've been told that the connecting skyways are a Godsend when the weather gets rough. Luckily for me it's apparently been a really tame Fall and one might actually find it to be more convenient to use regular sidewalks and streets when the weather is nice for a more direct route.
With regards to my experience with the InterContinental, check in was a breeze, the staff were very attentive and signing up for their loyalty program (which was free) allows you to get free wifi and late check out of 2pm which is super convenient.
There is a restaurant on the first floor whose menu seems reminiscent of a Cheesecake Factory, but I didn't have a chance to check it out. There is also a sushi bar available. Room service is 24h and the menu is also pretty decent and prices are reasonable for room service which is always nice.
My only gripe and reason for not 5 starring the hotel is the fact that there are no vending machines!!! I went for a quick work out and wanted to grab a gatorade or dasani from a vending machine (I was cool with taking a 3 dollar hit or so since I knew the Fiji in my room fridge was 6 bucks), only to find from the concierge gentleman that there are no vending machines in the hotel!! So sad! Apparently there is a 24h starbucks in the area, but I decided to just take the hit and grab a $5 orange juice from my room fridge.
Otherwise, this has been a very smooth experience and the facilities are very nice.
