  • I had a shoulder impingement and went the Dr Scott Smith for a cortisone shot. I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time before a nurse took me to an exam room where I waited another 15 minutes for the doctor. I told the doctor what was ailing me and he agreed it was an impingement. He gave me the shoot and billed me $717.39 for 5 minutes of his time. Pathetic!
