| - Overall, this gym provides great value. Being in the military, I move regularly and have seen the gamut of fitness centers and gyms. AF Seven Hills, in my opinion, takes pride of place relative to other gyms in Las Vegas and around the country based on its range of equipment, relative busyness, and cleanliness. Furthermore, while I do not interact much with other members, trainers, or staff due to my leanings toward introversion, everyone generally seems friendly and have shown to be hospitable.
The gym is not perfect but there are none that are. There are times where fellow members fail to replace weights they have used, and during busier times, the smaller area can get ever-so-slightly congested. Still, the staff seems genuinely interested in the upkeep of the facility as evidenced by the new bathroom remodels and updated cardio equipment. Selfishly, I hope they will purchase a hex/trap bar, but I understand how purchases need to be prioritized based on utility for the greatest number of members. That said, the management has shown amenability to allowing me to bring in equipment so long as I understand that they are not responsible for it. Consequently, I have purchased a trap bar, and will share with fellow members once it arrives.
I was previously a member at EOS and found the gym to provide less value and more hassle than the $10 monthly fee was worth. AF Seven Hills, in contrast, provides more value than my monthly fee belies.
