the customer service seemed fine at first. i was impressed by the experience that i had until i went home and realized i was given the wrong order. i came back and informed the worker that i had been given the wrong meal. mistakes happen and that's not a big deal, however, being rude and defensive is. the workers silently rolled their eyes at each other implying i was putting them off and the first worker argued that it was my fault. it was all very unnecessary. i finally got my food and it tasted terrible. a waste of $18 and my peace of mind
