  • My now-husband and I lived at Promenade Park for only about six months before we relocated across the country. Our whole experience there was our most positive rental experience to date. The staff was courteous and helpful, the property was well taken care of, and they have amazing perks like free dog grooming! They didn't bill us for anything unnecessary at move-out, and they accommodated our last-minute move with helpful professionalism. We ended up living there in the first place because they were one of only a handful of places that would allow our three dogs, which was a real godsend. My pets are my kids, and it's so refreshing to deal with property managers that respect that. If you have pets (and if you don't!) Promenade Park is a great place to live. Thanks for a great experience, guys!
