  • I brought my dog Chaos here because the previous place we were going had horrible customer service. I began searching for a new groomer on Yelp and came upon this place. I sent a message on Yelp and got a very quick response. I booked an appointment for later in the week, but endes up needing to reschedule due to my work hours. I called to reschedule and the person was polite over the phone. We arrived this morning a little early because it was our first time at this place. We were promptly greeted, and could see the whole setup behind the counter. Paperwork was simple and they put a slip lead on and gave me his leash and collar. They ended up calling in about an hour to say he was ready, which totally threw me off as the previous place would keep him four hours on average. I picked him up and was surprised to see him in a bandana, and he smelt amazing. I believe our groomer was Makayla and we will be back in about two months.
