I went to the Apple store over a week ago and spent two hours with a tech. He was quite aware of the issues I was having with my phone. He did his best to assist me, even though it was unsuccesful to correct. We called tech support at Apple and after talking to someone, he passed me onto a supervisor. The supervisor was also unable to rectify the situation and said I would hear back from her in 48 hrs. I never heard back from a person by the name of Jessica. Also I was to hear back from the Apple store. Not.
My phone has been compromised. The passwords have been changed. A different credit card is being used and who knows what else.
