Went here for brunch with the hubby and an out of town friend as well as the little one who slept in his car seat for most of the meal.
I got a bloody mary and I was really impressed with the selection of hot sauces and garnishes at their bloody mary bar. The whole oysters, shrimp, bacon, and stuffed cherry peppers where especially delicious!
For my entree I ordered the lobster Benedict and it was insanely delicious. I really liked the biscuit, ham, and huge pieces of lobster. The crawfish hollandaise was delicious and the exact right consistency(I could have used a bit more, but that's more of a gluttonous desire) and the egg was perfectly poached.
My husband ordered the gumbo and our guest ordered the special which was a fried oyster omelet with chiccharon and a side of andouille sausage. When my husband heard chiccharon he requested a side if the kitchen could accommodate, and they brought out a small fry basket full of them. It was nice to see a kitchen willing to accommodate crazy requests and at a reasonable price.
Everything was delicious and fresh. We loved it and can't wait to head back there for a happy hour at some point.
