  • I came into the store because I've been having problems with my phone getting to about half battery and then just dropping dead to zero instantly. I handed the guy my phone and he looked at it for maybe 30 seconds and when I told him what was wrong he was like, "oh yeah it's a software thing. It's a common issue with Galaxys." He went into the boot settings and cleared out the cache and assured me that would fix it. I asked him if he was sure, and that it couldn't be the battery and I got a dismissive "No it's that, try that please thanks" and he was apparently done with me. Well guess what that DIDN'T fix it. I don't know if he got offended by my iphone joke - I asked about the Galaxy 6, whether the back came off because I was legit thinking about switching over to it. When he said it didn't I made a funny, "oh well, haha if I wanted a phone I couldn't open I'd get an iphone" comment, clearly joking but apparently that was too much for his delicate iphone sensitivities. So even though this one is literally across the street from me, I'm going to go down to 59th & Peoria.
