Once again, management is the poorest of the poorest. The staff in the office are not very well experienced to provide service to tenants. In addition, there are NO CALL BACKS! I am livid at this point due their inadequate service. When they see me walking in the office they act like they are too busy or don't understand what I'm talking about. The one gal up front, I believe her name is "Veronica", she's limited English speaking. Come on where does the "luxury" fit into their selling cliche!!!!
