I wasn't the one having the baby....but I was here the whole time.
This place was nice, aging, and clean. Even at 6am the staff were friendly and very helpful. My gf had to get checked in ASAP. Check in was quick and we were in a private room in minutes. There were a lot of staff on board and they were all friendly. Especially our main nurse that morning. The only thing was the students. My gf's hand iv was incorrectly placed and very painful. Our Physician is always cheery and made it an easy, less stressed, event...for me anyway. Lol. The recovery room was an okay size, had a decent daybed, but the TV service was horrible. There was never any signal. Only for the educational videos. The lady whom served the food was awesome. Great personality. She also served one of the best cheeseburgers ever! Shocking. But trust me. Get one! All nurses were awesome! All except the younger students. They were not as outgoing and extroverted.
I take off one star because of the creepy and awkward photographer that came to the room. She was obviously not a people or baby person. She grabbed my baby's face and turned it toward her camera. I was very angry and asked the nurse to send her away.
The discharge was smooth and with low anxiety. I would definitely recommend this hospital. I would not recommend Summerlin Hospital in comparison.
