| - If you're a fit folk, you will LOVE it here. There's a tonne of physical activities to engage in - lots of obstacle courses, climbing, jumping, balancing, lifting, pushing, and you name it. Their facility is very large and each different activity area is spacious and well planned out. Lots of staff members are interspersed throughout the facility, so there's always someone around to help. I did find that it was difficult to get quick assistance since it was so busy when I went though.
I'd recommend wearing comfy, breathable clothing because you probably will get sweaty. And make sure you're wearing a good set of footwear! Be ready for some sore muscles the day after.
Not into kids? Stop by during the adult night! They stay open later and it's adults only. No kiddos running about underfoot.
Now if you aren't a fit folk... you just might not want to come here. The trampolines and rock climbing are pretty easy to do, but outside of that? A lot of the activities require you have a modicum of fitness to do. I myself am not particularly fit, and I found visiting here to be an emotional rollercoaster for me and my feelings regarding my body. But hey, it lit a fire for me to get more in shape so that's cool.
