  • Today is a busy day so then why is thisplace so horribly understaffed. I sat for an hour in the same section and did not see one server, one slot rep, or anyone until just about leaving, I saw a housekeeper who had to call a slot rep who continually put her hands up into my face to tell me to slow down when asking a question. Linn, I don't know how you are a rep. You were rude to me and I think I was very calm and I realize English isn't your first language so I used very small words. I asked you about the biggest promotion you guys have right now and you changed your answer 3 times and you still don't even know so what exactly do you want me to slow down about? It was a very simple question. "How many points does it take to get the re-trigger for the heart promotion?" You didn't know and didn't ask anyone. You changed your answer 3 times. I also asked about the scratcher. You told me I had to go to bingo but that line is ridiculously long. So is the players club. What is going on that they are so horribly understaffed? It certainly isn't to unlock more money in machines because my money went faster in than it did coming out of the atm. The crowds that are blocking every single pathway throughout this entire place should be a fire hazard. I do believe there are building codes for that as if an inspector saw this, I'm quite sure they would tell you the same thing.
