  • I'm sorry Frys store :( I love the grocery section and have learned to love all the staff there but this review is for the pharmacy. Worst pharmacy ever. I think only 2 ever helpful people helped me, the rest have ego complexes and talk down to you or even make snide comments about the prescription you're picking up. They will tell you something is ready when its not. They will tell you they have something when they don't. They will make you wait 30 mins for something and then say whoops they don't actually have it. They will send you off to another location for something they don't have so you can not have it at the other location too. On occasions when they actually have the prescription finally the system will be down while they are open so you can't actually pick up anything still. It took me over a month to pick up 3 of 4 prescriptions for my sons asthma. Not only was my doctors office sick of speaking to them to get me my prescriptions they also had nothing nice to say and implied the people there were "morons" and for me to switch my pharmacy. 1st day new pharmacy = got the last asthma medicine I waited over a month to get from frys pharmacy. I don't know what is going on in there, but save yourself the headache. One of the times I was there a lady from Bosnia was working, and she was the most helpful friendly person of them all.
