  • Very nice technician, unfortunately was over his head on a low voltage issue. I was able to have a reschedule for them with a electrical expert but I cancelled as I had a company in my work industry help me. That fix did not work either. I called american back to get that expert and I was told I would get a call back , I called back after an hour and 2 1/2 days of no ac and the dispatcher said ( oh yeah, the expert is on vacation for 2 weeks) Really, in the hottest time in our valley, 2 weeks vacation you let your expert leave. I was either lied to or it was just over their heads. A contactor in the condensing unit was replaced by competition and fixed.
