  • Went here for the first time because a friend suggested them. Never again. They don't even deserve one star. Very unprofessional with all their paperwork filing. Not once, not twice, but more than three times did I get a phone call from them asking for my W2 and driver's license information because it somehow got "misplaced" when I was in front of the preparer when she was making all these copies of my documents. Also, the fact that they keep telling me they have an old system for e-filing and they recently updated and all the paperwork you submitted to them keeps getting lost does not help. Very frustrating and I DO NOT recommend them at all.
