  • Ok so allow me to clarify this a bit. First off the juice is NOT the problem!!! although it tends to be a bit more pricey than other shops, and much less selection than other stores the issue that I have is the devices. Upon purchasing an Aspire unit, we were initially satisfied with the unit itself, until the adjustable dial became broken. We took it back to the store, NOT at ALL looking for a refund, just looking for an exchange for the EXACT same one, or better yet, no exchange, just a fix would have been GREAT!!!! but this is what we got, in its entirety; US; hi we bought this less than a month ago, and now this dial will not allow adjusting at all and is entirely stuck on the last setting, and now the coil is flooding, causing issues all on its own. Do you think you can fix this? or exchange it since it is within the 30 days, and I have my receipt? THEM; well lets see, and grabs what looks like a toothpick, but is really like a dental explorer and attempts to clean under the dial with no avail to fixing the issue. He then says that if he takes it apart that will void the warranty, and advises me to contact the manufacturer for handling. So we left, with a broken device that is STILL broken, and NOT even a phone number to the manufacturer. When I got back home I looked for the box and attempted to contact the manufacturer at a phone number in the box. I got ahold of someone and they explained to me that it is within the 30 days so the store is supposed to handle the exchange and it is a no brainer, and he was shocked that the store had not handled it for me. He explained to me that the ONLY way Aspire replies to customers is through e-mail, as they are located in China. So now it is about 2.5 months, and it is still broken and not adjustable. I always have hesitation about trying a new vape store, but I thought I would give a new shop a try.....BAD MISTAKE!!!! I think that the issue should have been handled within the store of keeping the customer coming back and satisfied. SO now I am going back to where I should have went in the beginning. I went here trying to save myself the time of not going down to my usual vape store, and now the time I tried to save has cost me a lot more wasted time and money, since now I have to buy a new device. BOTTOM LINE, this store obviously does NOT stand behind their devices!!!! never again will I give them my money!!! I have used electronic devices for about 3 years now, and the usual place I have always went to since I initially started has always stood by their products and I should have known better.....going back to X-Treme Vapor....
