  • I'd never experienced anything like this! Even the thought of destruction therapy before would've made me cringe because I can't see how it can be fun... But, I'm glad I was wrong! haha I'm so glad we visited Sin CIty Smash. It's an incredible experience that takes your Vegas experience to the next level. The location is just off the strip. Just a $6 uber ride from the strip. It's in an industrial type area w/ a bunch of other businesses around. However, you can spot Sin City Smash right away since the branding is bright orange w/ a gorilla on it! Before I dive into how epic this was, I want to compliment the entire Sin CIty Smash team for their professionalism and charisma for making the rage room fun. You can tell the owners are passionate about what they do and realize the impact destruction therapy has on the world especially w/ how stressed and pissed off everyone is. When you first walk in you're immediately greeted by the staff! Anna, the owner, helped us w/ the check-in process and gave us an weapons upgrade option which we didn't opt for. However, I think we will next time we come here again. We're then brought into a briefing room where Michael went over the rules and instructions. That's also where we put on the protective gear, helmet, gloves, etc. After gearing up, that's when the smashing begins! My group and I were brought into a room where all the plates, printers, etc. were set up. You never realize how fun and stress-relieving destroying things is until you do it! You know what else? The best part is, you don't have to clean up after yourself after all the damage is done! I highly recommend Sin City Smash as a cool thing to do in Las Vegas. You HAVE TO TRY IT! TRUST ME! You won't regret it. It's one of the best stress relievers I've ever tried. Way cheaper than a therapist lol I'm definitely coming back here again when I come back to Vegas.
