I can relate with all the low ratings. This was my worst dealership experience ever. In 2 days, I had 3 different entry level sales reps that worked there less than a month and knew minimal about the vehicles. All 3 asked me to provide full profile information because nobody knew where my paperwork was. The 1st day I was in there, the Manager & Finance person was very nice and willing to do what they had to do to make a deal. Completely different attitudes the second day, they asked me to go out of my way to bring on the low mileage luxury vehicle I wanted to trade-in and then low-balled me on the value. I walked away disgusted. I called back later to discuss it and based on how the conversation went, they absolutely do not care about their poor customer satisfaction and loss of customers.
Other things I observed while I was there this weekend. Another customer was yelling out of anger / dis-satisfaction when I arrived. And I heard an employee snap loudly in at the salesman I was working with.
The new salesman were great to work with (although not knowledgeable) and all the other employees I talked with (men) were all angry with bad attitudes.
I will never set foot in that dealership again. I am going to their competitor to purchase my vehicle.
