  • I just purchased a dining room table and 8 chairs from Big's. I entered their huge showroom and was professionally greeted and although I didn't need help while I browsed the representative said he would wait while I shopped. He advised me that he and was going to wait in the front of the store and he would be pleased to help me if I required attention. I found a gorgeous and modern set and went to pay and even the ladies in the back were amazing. Genuine positive attitudes, offered me a beverage, and we had a great and funny conversation while I finished the transaction. As a bank Vice President I appreciate great service when it's given. Everything and everyone that helped me yesterday contributed to my great experience and the next time I need furniture I'll be headed to Big's in Henderson!
