Shipping service at this location is highly dependent on who serves you. Amanda is great and knows what she is doing. Adam talks as if he knows but he's clueless. Amanda has provided me receipts for UPS and FedEx shipments upon request. No problem there. On my last visit to the Via Linda location, Adam was there. He said it isn't possible to give a receipt for FedEx shipments. When I explained that Amanda has no problem with it, he insisted it isn't possible. I asked him to call her to ask how it's done. He said it was her day off so he couldn't call her. I then asked for the owner's phone number. He gave me a card with the owner's name. When I called the number on the card, Adam answered. He said the owner would be in after 2 pm. Not so. I called a different Post Net location and Amanda answered. She then handed the phone over to Steven Nelson. I explained what had happened. He said he would look into it and get back to me. Didn't hear from him so I called him. He said that Adam said that I wanted a receipt for a USPS shipment! To the owner it made sense that I would want to send USPS but request a FedEx receipt. Steven asked me to send him proof that I wanted the shipment sent FedEx, which I did. This morning I called Steven again. He said that Adam is a good worker.
