  • We had a room block here for our wedding. The place is beautiful and we had a great time. Overall the staff had over promised and under delivers. This could all be solved if the staff just talked to each other. It's like everyone is on a different page with everything. A few times I had to search for other employees to ask questions because no one really had any idea what the hell they were doing. Like I said I'm not anything huge but a few annoying issues.
