| - A friend and I went to purchase make-up at the Nars counter, but was unable to get assistance. On our way out, Selda approached us with a sincere, genuine, "may I help you" pleasantrie. The sincerety was enough to turn us around. We told her about our earlier experience, and ask if we could fill out a survey card. Mostly on behalf of her kindness!
The next day I received a call from the Manager, Michelle. She not only profusely apologized, but she invited us back so that she could meet us, and to give us a goodie bag! I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT!!! Once again the sincerety, and emotion in her voice was so "real"!
Although I was adamant about her not having to give us anything, she insisted! Her concern was our happiness, and satisfaction. I picked up the bag and it was a huge box of goodies! To numerous to detail! Wow!!!
I am so thankful that I took the time to feel out the survey card! I was truly able to see and experience the true meaning of customer service. Just like Nordstrom's is known for! Thank you Michelle!
I would also like to thank another Michelle who works at the Bobbi Brown counter. The initial visit started with Michelle, before we went to Nars. This Michelle was very customer service oriented, and very efficient!
I will say I am so thankful for the experience! I have met some great employees in the process! I will ALWAYS shop at Nordstrom, and will no longer make the drive to Saks!
