Is this the best pho I ever tasted? No. But it's super impressive to find great quality pho in a small city like Pittsburgh especially by the pricy strip. The pho is great, a little above average and decently priced for a large portion. I also like their fried rolls. What makes me give them a full star rating is their banh mi (Vietnamese hoagies). Not gonna lie, that's the best banhmi I've ever tasted (pork being my favorite). They give you so much toppings and its overflowing with flavor. I've tasted my share in NY and none come even close to flavor and texture. Well worth the price and a try.
The bubble tea is unique but not quite my type of style. They have little white Pop bubbles instead of standard black tapioca but they were a fun surprise!
The establishment itself was pretty worn looking but when it comes to pho: hole-in-the-wall is usually synonymous with authenticity, so i was kind of welcoming the outdated look with open arms.
