My review is of their service department. I bought a new Nissan Rogue memorial weekend from ABC Nissan in Phoenix. I noticed the next day the heated seats weren't working. I know, heated seats in Phoenix, it's a long story. Regardless, I talked to the service manager at ABC Nissan and he said I could use my warranty at any Nissan Dealership in the US. AutoNation Nissan in Tempe is closer to my house and I figured would be less busy. I booked a service appointment online. I showed up 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment to find out it would be at least 2 hours by Leo Leufkens. Why have appointments? 2.5 hours later, my new car is returned to me with the diagnostics "of course the heated seats aren't working it's too hot outside" then the service person proceeded to explain it has to be below 68 degrees outside for the heated seats to function. WHAT? I read the owner's manual, the heated steering wheel has that requirement. The heated seats do not. I called up the service manager at ABC Nissan and explained the situation and he confirmed that the outside temperature has zero impact on the heated seats. Do not trust what the service folks at this location tell you.
