I honestly just signed up for Yelp to review Zipcar! What a terrible service!! Their customer service sucks big time! They over charged me for $460 because of a mistake that was done on their end. I was told that they would fix the issue within 2-5 business days, but it has been over 2 months and nothing has changed after 10+ phone calls I made. When I asked the rep on their call centre to find out why it has been taking this long to fix the issue, he said "I see your request has been submitted to the back office, but you have to understand we have other things to do outside of work, we cannot sit here and help you 24/7". I am out of words... I would give them no star but that is not an option here so here is my 1 star you guys don't even deserve.
