  • For the past two years, I've known that I needed a new furnace. Over the years, having dealt with many companies who were less than reputable, I hesitated to call anyone. With my brother's prodding (I'm a widow), I called Air Done Right for my first quote. Renee was SO cordial, helpful, professional, and friendly, and she scheduled Mark to come by same day. He was amazing and didn't try to immediately sell me a new furnace, even though I knew I needed it. Well, their price was so good that I didn't even get any other quotes. My brother, who is an appliance repair tech, asked all the technical questions, and Mark answered them all. Furnace was installed within a day, and installers did a great job. The only thing they forgot was a new thermostat, which Mark installed two days later. Furnace works great, and I am a happy customer who won't hesitate to recommend Air Done Right.
