  • Kristen, thanks for making the owners of a chronically ill dog feel like it's no big deal. You are a disgrace to this company and deserve to be bagging groceries. Great vets, horrible service up front. If you feel like being verbally abused by the office staff, then here is your vet. Advise? Can Kristin and increase your customer service by default.
