I am a huge CBTL fan...today I went to this one (through the drive thru) and was given a drink I didn't order and charged for it. When I went back in they "could not find the receipt" yet I was charged 5.00+. Since they couldn't find my transaction I was given a 5.00 gift card and .09 (change). This was NOT my fault and yet I am stuck with a gift card. It's not the end of the world, but it certainly was frustrating. Learn how to treat your customers; an apology would have been appreciated. Very disappointed CBTL...take a lesson from other stores and learn how to treat customers, even if it was only a 5.00 drink, this was your mistake, not mine.
