  • I can't imagine a worst experience with a supplier. The custom door was several months delayed, then finally showed up but had damage and it's been a few months since they said they were going to send someone to fix the damage and they don't even call or email me back. I found out they outsourced the manufacturing of my door overseas despite their website claiming to be the nation's largest manufacture of iron doors. I have dealt with a lot of building material suppliers and this was by far my worst experience.
