I live in San Antonio, bought an air duct cleaning on Groupon. Had to wait several weeks for first available appointment, now I know why, They have ONE contractor/person for San Antonio. ONE PERSON - who does ALL San Antonio calls. My appointment was for 9 am - He called at 9ish and said he could come between 11-12 - and said that was his personal number if i needed - since he didn't show, at 12:30 I texted and 1pm called the number - He was very rude and said he had no idea when he could come and I'd just have to wait. The tone was worse then the words. - so now I don't want him in my house, let alone trust that he'll even do the job (inside air ducts that I can't crawl into) let alone do a good job. I have to search groupon to get the company to call - only a phone number someone in another state at a call center. she was one who told me only one person for all of SA - so I asked if they could get another person to come and they couldn't so my only option then is to ask for my money back. Well, the Manager who can authorize a refund is out today and will call me tomorrow. There is no accountability and you are dealing with some other company in another state that just manages the admin stuff and the guy coming to your house - who knows - if he decides to show up even. OH When i called US Air Services in some unknown location - they sent me to "my area" which was KDM Services - the call center person i talked with. A way for them to get business but no accountability for customers.
