  • Horrible! I had a Groupon for a full set and gel. I made an appointment and when I got there I waited an hour for Joy(name is soooo misleading) to show up. Then she slammed everything around and was very unfriendly. She then said (as another nice girl was helping me pick a color) if I wanted it done we needed to hurry. I'm sorry but I have already waited an hour on u and even though I prepaid, I still tip!!! So I still decided since I was there to go ahead and do it. Then she asked how I wanted them and said she couldn't do that. She started filing my Real nails and I said I have a full set with Groupon. She said well I don't know what u got from them! She made the appointment...I said never mind and she smarted something and I lost my cool. Yes I cursed her and that was not how I wanted to handle it but she was so unprofessional and rude!!! I will never go back!!!
