Quality & Price: I went on a weekday afternoon/evening and the place was fairly quiet. The table charge was $18 and if you are not a member an additional $3 on top. So around $11 per person for the whole day. We ordered two Heinekens which cost $5.25 a bottle. Decently priced but their kitchen was closed until 9pm.
Facility: A lower quality billiards place, definitely not fancy, but not as run down as other reviews have mentioned. It is quite dark and dimly lit as most billiard locations are. No weird smells or anything, ambiance is appropriate and it was generally quiet (because there were not many people). Radio music is in the background.
Service: Barely any at all. I had to go look for people when I had questions or wanted to order something. This was probably because there were not many people in the place, but I would have liked to have a bar menu or something to munch on while I played.
Overall: I good place to go and hang out if you are in the area. Price is good, but the service is sub-par. There is no food (not even bar food) during the day. There is some potential here but do not expect anything spectacular.
