  • 20 minute wait for one double double....? And no surprise that I get home and it's too over cooked to eat. This is the worst In-N-Out in the valley but it's the closest to my house. This one needs a staff overhaul, the high school kids working here on a Saturday are too busy poking each other and telling secrets and giggling about how silly the secrets are. This is a business, there's an expected level of service to be provided. Let's try to step it up if that's not too much to ask. I can't believe these fast food employees are demanding $15.00 an hour for this nonsense.
