Right off the bat, it seriously irks me when a high end place gives off the air of a cheap store because of the (lack of) customer service skills. It's pretty obvious that this store has competitiveness and lack of teamwork among staff and it is largely due to whatever commission wars are going on. Noone was trying to help the less experienced cashier find the right codes when she was struggling. When I pick up a few items, staff run towards me and follow me around ogling my potential purchases and when I say I am looking for a gift they completely ignore me (probably because that usually indicates one or two potential buys). I was also completely ignored by someone who looked like the manager because they were helping someone already making a few purchases. I don't think it would have made her lose the sale by turning towards my direction and telling me she would help in a couple of minutes or turn to call one of her colleagues to come help me. Honestly, I went to the Body Shop, Sephora, and Winners as well as H&M that day (as well as HR and the rest of the strip) but by far this store was the worst.
