  • My experience at this laundromat definitely had room for improvement. Pros: -Plenty of machines -Clean facility -Parking -Free wifi Cons: -Staff rude (see explanation below) - No restrooms -Credit card swipers on laundry machines unreliable I interacted with staff to get help with a machine that wasn't working. While this staff member was helping me, a coworker came up, interrupted me, and pulled the staff member away. I waited for the staff member to return but she never did. I had to go up to the register again to be told I would just have to use a different machine. Not a big deal to move my laundry, but I the tone of the encounter was dismissive and rude. I'll be finding a different place to do laundry.
