  • Don't waste your time! Dr. Kleven just sits looking at his computer the whole time, it's like he didn't even care what was wrong with me. He scheduled tests back in February, I went and got them done, they said they would call with the results, 3 weeks later they called while I was at work and couldn't answer, called back within 3 minutes, got voicemail saying to leave your name and number and they would get back... I have Phone records showing I called 5 times a day for a week and a half leaving messages with All the Medical assistant and NEVER got a call back! Still waiting to hear back for results 6 months later!!!! But they sent my bill within a week! My friends and family had the same problem.
