  • I just moved into a property managed by RPM at the beginning of this month. When I first arrived at the property, there were several issues I had concerns about. At first, it seemed that they weren't going to get taken care of, making it a very stressful move in. Upon talking to the staff more, and explaining my concerns and requests, RPM went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with property. I really appreciate the services they were able to provide in a timely manner once they heard me out. I really felt like they heard me out and handled my concerns in an efficient and fair manner.
