I have taken my 2011 Jetta in to them twice in two weeks. The first time I was charged almost $100 to replace 2 headlight bulbs that would have cost me about $3.99 at an auto parts store. The joke of an experience I had last week consisted of them grossly over charging me to replace 3 filters and my front breaks, and then having to wait 20 minutes because Raul, the service clerk that was working with me, forgot to give my keys back and proceeded to ignore me while I standing right in front of the desk because he was flirting with some woman, joking around and looking at pictures on her phone with her. After realizing that I was rightfully annoyed with the situation he offered me a free oil change and told me it was "a bad day for him". Now, less than a week later, I get into my car to find the battery completely dead. I'm not sure how that was missed considering that the service I got done last week was off suggestions that they gave after the inspection the week before. I've taken my car in for oil changes to this establishment before and the clerks have always been friendly and the prices have been reasonable. However, after these last experiences, I obviously will not be going back to AutoNation for any future service.
