Back up their products? Nope. Bought a set of 3 plastic mixing bowls in April. When 1 broke, I thought 'bad luck'. When the 2nd one broke as I was mixing cookies, it was clear they were poor quality. While they would not be expected to last a lifetime, at least a year would be reasonable. Upon returning with the broken set, they said that I could get credit after only 30 days. So I returned the other items I was going to purchase and said 'No Thanks' - not for that kind of customer service. I used to get a lot of stuff there. Now I will go to The Bay and make sure my money is well spent.
