  • My friend and I went in here yesterday and showed up about 10 minutes early so we could pick a color and were rudely rushed to get started and neither of us were asked what shape we wanted, I was fine with mine but my friend said she started to put the acrylic covering on two nails before she noticed and she had to start over to get them coffin shaped and then charged $5 for it. She didn't even let the lady paint her nails because she was afraid of how that would turn out. I don't feel like a lot of them are properly trained. I usually come here all the time but it's been getting worse each visit.
