My water heater went out just as we were getting ready to head out for a nice day with family who was visiting. I immediately called our warranty company who gave me the phone and work order number to nationwide plumbing. I called them and they hadn't even received the work Order yet. They weren't sure if they were going to be able to get to it that day, being it was Friday a little after 11am. I told them I had family visiting and they were staying with us and asked if there was anything they could do. Dave asked me to take pics of the water heater and the label and send them to him so he could get the ball rolling to expedite the issue. Talk about initiative!! I got a call back in less than an hour saying that they would be out within the hour. I asked if they were coming out to just look at it aha he said no, they were coming out to take care of everything!! Wow!! Sure enough, Dave and Chris were outside my door and ready to knock this out. I drained it before they got there so it took them about 30 minutes, and that's including the time we spent talking and joking around in between. These guys took good care of me. They know exactly what they are doing and are genuine good guys. I was able to meet up with my family to enjoy the rest of the day. Plumbing issues are inevitable but because of this recent occurrence, I know who I can depend on In the future. Thanks guys!
