  • Despite initial miscommunications on our behalf Blue haven built us a wonderful pool. The workers that came out were always very kind and friendly. Elane especially shined with constantly answering all our questions and being very front about when the delays that had to happen which I now know is a very common thing to happen when its multiple subgroups doing the work which I didn't know before, and made a fool of myself not understanding the process. Despite that Blue haven didn't hold it against us. To be honest I was very skeptical in the beginning with how long the project took to start rolling out but once it got going it went quickly. I was worried in the beginning that they might of been trying to sell my parents features they didn't really want or need but after some convincing I'm glad they went with the decisions they have. The pool is gorgeous, and Elane was very understanding of all of our needs. They built a beautiful waterfall going into the pool from the spa and it's so nice and relaxing to listen to. They were very knowledgeable in what he actually needed for what we wanted and helped us with our custom pool design. My only caution in this is that they said that most people are only building their pool 6 feet deep and its "the new standard" Promising you wont hit your head or legs. We discovered this simply isn't true for anyone remotely tall doing as much as a simple jump or cannonball off the decking. That one little nit pick aside we are so happy with our pool, and overall very happy with our decision to go with Blue Haven. Thank you for helping every step of the way Elane!
