  • This is the second time I've gone to Stephen Szabo and been placed with the same stylist both times and have walked out with extreme disappointment. I had very long hair that I don't cut often because of experiences like this. I went in with an idea for a medium length hair cut. Described what I wanted to the stylist and even showed a picture. But was told it "can't be done" asked why or if she had suggestions for anything similar. None. The stylist stated "let's just get your hair washed and go from there" This stylist literally used her shears to make 7 cuts in my hair. I counted! She didn't make sure the strands were even or that the style was remotely anything I came in for. I went home with parts of my hair the original length--a good 5 inches longer than other parts--and had to trim these strands to match. I spent $40 for someone to open and close her shears haphazardly 7 times and now have to find a stylist elsewhere to fix what she's done. I have never in my life wanted an inverted bob--but I must look like I do because this stylist continues to only cut my hair this way. Extremely disappointed.
