  • Complete lack of Client Service and scamming people of their money. I requested for a full body physical with my GP and the front desk said they would look into the GP's schedule and get back to me. I even followed up with them after couple of weeks via email and there was no response. One fine day, i get a call from the front desk that you have a missed appointment and your credit card will be charged $90. There was no confirmation and text reminder of the appointment. When i called them up to ask about the charge on my credit card they put me on unending hold for 3 times before i had to intervene. Even after explaining them the entire situation the front desk was rude and giving me the run around about the whole situation. At that moment i decided to terminate the relation with Integra Health center and never go back!
