  • Not Good for business... First it took Kathleen a long time to open the account, Almost an hour and a half. When she finished, she asked me about my green card and she told me that i have to bring it to get a copy of it.. After three days she sent me a rude email saying ''bring the copy of your green card or come over and close your account if you don't want to comply'' !! Very Rude!! The second bad experience was with Barbara, she is in charge of loans. After i submitted my application and emailed it to her, I asked her to let me know if she received it but i haven't heard from her, so i went to the bank and she was not there, so i gave it to one of the employees and asked hem to tell her to just email me to make sure she received it. I haven't heard from anyone for 12 days, then i went to the bank online customer service to tell them about the issue. Finally! She got back to me already 2 weeks,,,I answered the phone,,,No apology or explanation about why she did not get back to me,,, she said that my personal credit is not that great, and they cannot give me any business loan!! I went to wells Fargo and i got a loan on a car for my business even though i do not have a business account with them. Also, when you have an issue and you call the 1800 number, they ask you to call the branch were you opened the account. I am leaving them by the end of this year. So, it might be good for a personal account but NOT RECOMMENDED for business. Go to a reliable bank that can help you with your business.
