  • Maybe Safelite does good work, but it must depend on the technician and the time of day. Don't ever schedule your work to be done on a Friday afternoon. My experience was the tech didn't want to work late on a Friday and came up with a lame excuse to reschedule. Whoever Safelite's main competitor is, use them. I have another company I'm going with that may not interact with my insurance company as seamlessly, but at least they want the work and don't mislead the consumer with scheduling information.
