  • Very friendly people. This was my first time here and the store had very welcoming feeling. The man behind the counter was very prompt and professional and I was also given a variety of choices with different shippers. I never really new FedEx had ground services and that they were comparable, if not cheaper than UPS services. The price difference wasn't a tremendous difference from UPS, but enough to make a difference in the long run. I like the fact that I have several choices not to mention my items were professionally packed. Its nice to know that my crystal will arrive safely on the other end. If I would of packed them, they might have been damaged in transit from my understanding due to my bad packaging. (Crystal was almost touching cardboard) I also love how easy the parking is! Been to the UPS store before and I'm always feeling scared in that parking lot with the congestion and crazy drivers. At Pony Express you pull right up to the door. And I don't feel like I have to worry about getting hit by a car! lol... no but seriously, great spot and not a lot of traffic. Kudo's to Pony Express for the nice experience!
